Are you ok to have a kick-off meeting around methodology one on one or would you prefer including my GM sponsor Sarah as well? 

Would tomorrow sometime after 5pm work for you? Alternatively, I could also suggest Tuesday, anytime before 11 AM. I’ll be in France for the rest of the week after and am not quite sure what my schedule will look like but we could also make that happen if next week isn’t an option. 

Another question: are you comfortable communicating through WhatsApp or iMessage? What communication channels do you like to use for which elements during a thesis supervision?

To your point about the quantitative research – for GM, this is a key aspect that will make this thesis more tangible and usable for them. Beyond the fact that quantitative research is commonly used within GM to justify strategic (and financial) decisions, their argumentation is that this will provide an opportunity to get focused European results on the topic.
